What is worth your time? And what's your criteria with which you answer that question? The sayings and aphorisms are plentiful: time is money, health before wealth, lost time is never found again. But time in and of itself is a tool. Admittedly it's a tool seemingly outside of our control, but it remains a tool nonetheless. And like any tool, it can be used to construct and destruct; towards meaningful growth and towards aimless meandering. So how can we truly measure what is worthy of our time?
